Streetlights

There are two main types of streetlights used in cities across the world. They are streetlights that have high pressure sodium (HPS) lights and streetlights that have light-emitting diode (LED) lights. Unfortunately most of the streetlights in cities are not full shielded, so the light is free to shine in almost 360 degrees.

Security Lights

Many people like to leave on lights for their home or their business all night long. Some of these might be bright security lights that spill over into others’ yards or onto roadways. Some might be a light by the porch to keep the door light up. Others might be to light up a building at night. While these can be helpful, outdoor lighting for businesses and residential place does not need to be excessive.
